Then the download the ARC application. When you are ready to submit your project for approval, fill out the required forms and mail them to Hara Management.
Important Details:
Plan appropriately for time in submitting your project for approval. Waiting until the day work is to be performd will only cause frustration. Please plan accordingly.
Regarding exterior paint colors, there is a binder of specific approved paint schemes for the Pines of Wekiva.
Please reference the approved color scheme book to make your selection.
Two binders with the approved HOA colors have been created. One is available at Color Wheel behind Perkins on Hwy 441. There is no restriction on the paint product, only the paint scheme.

Regardless of the responsible party or when the home was painted, colors used that are not contained in the book may be declined, and any costs associated with repainting in order to be in compliance are the sole responsibility of the property owner, including the costs of actions as enforceable by the association and state law.
