Per Article V, commercial vehicles are not allowed to remain upon Pines of Wekiva properties. This includes boats, trailers, box trucks and vehicles with equipment and/or lettering.

Monthly Homeowners meeting reminder

Want to have a voice in what happens in your community? Need to know the latest happenings? Got great ideas for improving the neighborhood? Then, our Pines of Wekiva board meetings are where you need to be. Set aside some time in your busy scheduled to stay informed. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7 pm, at Apopka Police Community Services facility, 1075 W OBT (behind Perkins). See you there!
